Please, King of Mercy and Compassion,

Be full of mercy on all of our brothers, the Children of Israel, who are scattered throughout the four corners of the earth.

And particularly on the inhabitants of Eretz Yisrael, be full of mercy,

And on the inhabitants of this city, and on this entire holy congregation, have mercy on them and on us.
