Ah Fraylichin Chanuka!!!

This song was song by Lipa at "The Lipa Experience" on Chanuka 2006. You can listen to the song while reading the english translation of it right here:

Chanuka oh Chanuka,
A beautiful Yom Tov,
A special one, a joyous one,
There is none like it.

Every night with Dreidels we play,
Hot fresh Latkes we eat.

Come children, hurry up,
To light the Chanuka candleluch.

We say Al Hanisim, we thank for the miracles,
Let's all dance together

We say Al Hanisim, we thank for the miracles,
Let's all dance together.

Chanuka oh Chanuka,
A beautiful Yom Tov,
A special one, a joyous one,

There is none like it.

Every night with Dreidels we play,
Hot fresh Latkes we eat.

Come children, hurry up,
To light the Chanuka candleluch.

We say Al Hanisim, we thank for the merits,
Let's all dance together

We say Al Hanisim, we thank for the merits,
Let's all dance together.

Come children, hurry up,
To light the Chanuka candleluch.

We say Al Hanisim, we thank for the merits,
Let's all dance together

We say Al Hanisim, we thank for the merits,
Let's all dance together.

Lichtige does not = special. It means with a lot of light.

You are 100% right, but if you listen really carefully, Lipa does not say Lichtige, he says "Glickliche"=Special. The original song probably does have Lichtige in it though I guess Lipa wanted to spice it up a bit and exchanged Lichtige for Glickliche.

Glikliche does not = special either. It means lucky.

You're right that it means lucky but it can also mean special. For example, "He is a Glikliche Bucher" means that He is a "Special" Bucher. And in the song it sounds better to say that it's a special Yom Tov than a lucky Yom Tov.
